How Do I Cancel an Order?

Life happens, and plans can change. At Shopexng, we understand that you may need to cancel an order, and we’ve made the process simple and straightforward.

To cancel an order, log in to your Shopexng account and visit the “Orders” section. Identify the order you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Order” button. You’ll be prompted to confirm the cancellation and provide a reason for your request, which helps us improve our services.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible through the website.

If your cancellation request is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The refund process for prepaid orders will begin immediately and typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, no charges will apply, as payment is only collected upon delivery.

For partially fulfilled orders, you can choose to cancel only the items you no longer need. The remaining items will be processed and delivered as planned. This flexibility ensures that your shopping experience is as convenient as possible.
