Cancel an order

At Shopexng, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. We have made the process straightforward to ensure your convenience. If you’ve placed an order and wish to cancel it, here’s a detailed guide to assist you.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Begin by logging into your Shopexng account. Navigate to the “My Orders” section, where you can view all your recent purchases. If you placed your order as a guest, you could still access the order details using your order ID and email address.

Step 2: Select the Order

Locate the specific order you wish to cancel. Click on it to view the details, such as the items purchased, the shipping address, and the delivery status. Ensure you verify the order details to avoid mistakenly canceling the wrong order.

Step 3: Check the Cancellation Eligibility

Before proceeding, confirm that the order is still eligible for cancellation. Orders that are already shipped may not be cancelable through the regular process. For such cases, contact Shopexng customer support for assistance.

Step 4: Cancel the Order

Once confirmed, click the “Cancel Order” button. You’ll be prompted to select a reason for cancellation. After selecting your reason, click “Submit.” You’ll receive an email confirmation detailing the cancellation and any refund process.

Step 5: Refund Process

If you’ve already made a payment, Shopexng ensures that your refund process is seamless. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. Keep the confirmation email as proof until the refund is complete.
